Update - We are seeing significant improvements to the processing times for both incoming and outgoing domestic wires, with wires processing as expected. We are, however still experiencing delays for outgoing foreign wires. We understand this can be frustrating and we are actively working with our partners to restore service as quickly a possible. Investigating - We are working to resolve an issue that is preventing email notifications from generating for our Personal and Business Online banking platforms. Personal and Business Online clients attempting to use the forgotten password feature, who have changed their password or email addresses in Personal or Business Online may not receive the temporary password or the email to confirm the requested changes. In addition, Business Online clients who request a one-time-passcode after entering their password, may not receive the code via email as expected.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue that may cause some users to be unable to select their PIN or activate their debit card when calling our card activation line. We are working to restore service as quickly as possible and apologize for the inconvenience. Users with access to our Personal Mobile App can select their PIN and activate their cards using the Cards feature within the app.
