We will be performing upgrades to the infrastructure that supports our Business Mobile app on July 28th, 2019, between 4AM and 6AM EST. Our Business Mobile app may be unavailable during this period, but Business Online via our website will remain functional.

These infrastructure improvements will support the next release of our Business Mobile app, which we plan to roll out in August or September. This release will include defect fixes, security updates, and certain design enhancements to improve usability. We are also building functionality for the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens to authenticate ACH and wire transactions initiated via Business Online or the Business Mobile app. This release will include enhancements that will allow us to activate these features in the future.
