Personal Mobile App Feature Update Jul 22, 00:00-06:00 EDT
We will implement a feature upgrade for our Personal Mobile app on July 22nd, 2019 between midnight and 6:00AM EST. The application may be temporarily unavailable at some point during this window. The feature upgrade will provide for email notifications alerting customers when a check they deposit via the mobile app cannot be accepted for processing.

Business Mobile App Upgrade Jul 28, 04:00-06:00 EDT
We will be performing upgrades to the infrastructure that supports our Business Mobile app on July 28th, 2019, between 4AM and 6AM EST. Our Business Mobile app may be unavailable during this period, but Business Online via our website will remain functional.

These infrastructure improvements will support the next release of our Business Mobile app, which we plan to roll out in August or September. This release will include defect fixes, security updates, and certain design enhancements to improve usability. We are also building functionality for the use of multi-factor authentication (MFA) tokens to authenticate ACH and wire transactions initiated via Business Online or the Business Mobile app. This release will include enhancements that will allow us to activate these features in the future.
